How a Knockout™ Visit Works (Step by Step)

A Knockout™ visit is designed to be simple, predictable, and decisive.
There are no estimates, no drawn-out conversations, and no return trips. The entire system is built around one focused visit with a clear finish line.
Here’s exactly how it works.

Step 1: You Make the ListBefore booking, you create a list of small repairs and fixes you want handled.
Good Knockout™ lists are:
  • Specific ("adjust hallway door," not "fix doors")
  • Made up of small, contained tasks
  • Focused on finishing and adjustment work
The clearer the list, the more efficiently the visit runs.

Step 2: You Choose a Time BlockYou select either a Half-Day Knockout™ or a Full-Day Knockout™ when booking.
This time block defines:
  • How long the visit lasts
  • How much can reasonably be completed
  • The boundaries of the service
Pricing is flat and time-based, so there’s no estimating or negotiation.

Step 3: Booking Is ConfirmedOnce booked:
  • Your time block is reserved
  • Payment is confirmed
  • You receive a confirmation and preparation details
There’s nothing left to approve or finalize. The visit is locked in.

Step 4: We Arrive Ready to WorkOn the day of service, we arrive prepared to work through your list.
This includes:
  • Tools and standard consumables
  • A clear understanding of your priorities
  • A focused plan for the time on site
The visit starts on time and stays focused.

Step 5: We Work Through the ListDuring the visit:
  • Items are handled one by one
  • Priority is given to the most impactful fixes
  • Progress is visible as items are completed
Work continues until the scheduled time block ends.
There are no upsells and no detours.

Step 6: Items That Don’t Fit Are FlaggedIf the list is longer than the available time:
  • Remaining items are clearly identified
  • Nothing is rushed or forced
  • Expectations stay clear
This ensures quality isn’t sacrificed to squeeze in extra work.

Step 7: The Visit Ends CleanlyWhen the time block is complete:
  • The visit ends
  • The work done is complete
  • There are no return visits scheduled
The goal is a clean stop, not an open-ended project.

What Makes This DifferentTraditional handyman visits often feel unfinished.
A Knockout™ visit is different because:
  • The finish line is defined in advance
  • The visit is protected from scope creep
  • The focus stays on completion, not conversation
This structure is what allows real closure.

The ResultA successful Knockout™ visit means:
  • The small issues are handled
  • The mental load is gone
  • The home feels finished again
One visit. One list. Everything done.
