Just as important as what’s included in the price is what’s intentionally not included. These limits protect the one-visit promise, keep pricing fair, and ensure every Knockout™ visit stays focused and productive.
Here’s what is outside the scope of a Knockout™ visit.
Knockout™ visits are not designed for remodeling or renovation projects.

Knockout™ visits are not designed for remodeling or renovation projects.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Kitchen or bathroom remodels
- Flooring or tile installation
- Cabinet replacement or reconfiguration
- Room additions or layout changes
Structural or Permit-Based Work
Examples include:
- Structural framing or load-bearing modifications
- Foundation repairs
- New electrical circuits or plumbing runs
- Work requiring inspections or permits
Large or Specialty Installations
The Knockout™ system is not a fit for large installations or specialty trades.
This includes:
- Major appliance installations
- Custom fabrication or millwork
- Roofing, HVAC, or major plumbing work
- Projects requiring specialized crews or equipment
Multi-Day or Open-Ended Projects
Knockout™ visits are designed to start and end on the same day.
They do not include:
- Projects that must be split across multiple days
- Ongoing or recurring maintenance work
- Open-ended task lists without clear priorities
Specialty Materials or Parts
While standard consumables are included, certain items are not.
Not included:
- Specialty fixtures or custom-ordered parts
- Materials not provided or not on-site at arrival
- Items requiring extended sourcing or lead times
Changes to Scope During the Visit
To protect focus and fairness, Knockout™ visits do not include:

- Negotiating additional work during the appointment
