Payment Terms Explained

Payment for a Knockout™ visit is handled upfront and in full at the time of booking.

This approach is intentional. Clear payment terms protect the schedule, set expectations early, and allow the visit itself to stay focused on finishing work—not handling transactions.
Below is a breakdown of how payment works and why it’s structured this way.

Payment Is Required to Book

A Knockout™ visit is only confirmed once payment is completed.
This payment:
  • Reserves your dedicated time block
  • Removes the need for estimates or approvals
  • Confirms the appointment on the calendar
Without payment, the time block is not held.

Flat, Upfront Pricing

All Knockout™ visits use flat, time-based pricing.
That means:
  • The price is known before booking
  • There are no deposits followed by balances
  • There are no add-ons during the visit
The amount you pay at booking is the full price for the scheduled time block.

No On-Site Transactions

Payments are handled entirely online during booking.
This eliminates:
  • Invoices after the visit
  • Collecting payment on-site
  • Awkward end-of-visit transactions
Once the visit is complete, payment is already settled.

Why Upfront Payment Matters

Upfront payment:
  • Protects the one-visit promise
  • Prevents last-minute cancellations
  • Keeps scheduling fair for everyone
  • Allows the visit to start and end cleanly
It ensures the Knockout™ system runs smoothly for both sides.

What Payment Does Not Change

Paying upfront does not mean:
  • Unlimited time
  • Open-ended scope
  • Extensions if the list runs long
The visit is still defined by the selected time block.

Receipts & Records

After booking, you’ll receive:
  • A payment confirmation
  • A receipt for your records
Everything is documented automatically.

The Takeaway

Payment terms for a Knockout™ visit are simple:
  • Pay in full at booking
  • Flat, time-based pricing
  • No surprises later
Clear payment terms are what allow the visit itself to stay focused on delivering results.
