Rescheduling Your Knockout™ Visit
If you need to change your appointment time or date:
- You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Rescheduling is handled directly through the confirmation link
Cancellations
Cancellations follow the same time boundary.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit may be rescheduled
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
